Marketing Manager

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be a key part of turning our social media findings and insights into strategy, and you will lead in executing that strategy.

This role is best suited for early career professionals with experience, especially if you’re interested in the following: corporate, tech, politics and public affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Marketing strategy development: Developing and implementing marketing strategies that focus on maximizing results on social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

  • Marketing team leadership: Leading a team of freelance creatives and marketing associates, managing the workflow and ensuring alignment throughout your marketing and communications projects.

  • Collaboration with data nerds: While the data team handles the actual quantitative and qualitative analysis, from their findings you’ll derive insights that are easy for decision makers to understand.  

  • Performance monitoring: Continuously evaluating and refining existing campaigns to ensure they are on-target.

  • Trend awareness: Stay competitive by keeping yourself updated with digital marketing trends.
